All I’m going to say here … these RIBS are absolutely amazing! This was my first time here. I have been dragging my feet to try them out because most smoke bbq is overcooked or the rub is not to my liking. However, the rub on these ribs were just right! First time at Smoke Out I took my 91 year old Dad and we both really enjoyed our meal. Ordered the hot mess with brisket that's chopped brisket over mac and cheese and baked beans. I was slightly apprehensive usually that type of dish is light on the meat but Smoke Out really delivered the brisket was well flavored, smokey and tender. I think if I just ate the pork ribs, I would have rated the food a 5. They were fall off the bone good, and today they only cost $2 per bone. The brisket was ok. Not bad, just not great. They don't have a soda fountain, which is different, but they have a selection of bottled drinks. 3 sauces to choose from, which was nice.
