Visited 3/22/24 just after 2:30. Ordered 2 iced carmel macchiatos (one with extra espresso) and a cheeseburger via the app. When trying to check in for curbside was immediately told my order had been cancelled. I then went in & ordered through the kiosk, adding a McDouble. Credit card machine at the kiosk didn't work. Ok fine, took ticket, paid cash & waited...and waited. Finally received my order & left (no drink holder for 2 drinks & a bag). Burgers were fine, but no idea which macchiato had the extra shot as they weren't labeled, & were simply the worst iced carmel macchiatos we've ever had. Tasted more like their regular iced carmel coffee. Neither wife or I even finished them. Just a poor experience.

I ordered a hug amount of food for famiky it didn't take that long they was on the ball today and the manager was really nice about the big order I had. Everyone was very polite and had friendly faces on I could tell they was busy and stressed but very professional.... good job McDonald's.Parking: A good size parking lot if they aren't busy it should be easy to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid play table that light's up.

I absolutely do NOT understand why EVERYTIME I go to This McDonald’s and order Mc doubles or double cheeseburgers, only meat and cheese and somehow every time get parked for five minutes or more I can understand if it was a quarter pounder but this is a reoccurring issue and it was ordered on the mobile app ahead of time … main focus needs to be the customers NOT the drive thru times

I really don't wish to be that person because the staff here is always super sweet, but it's really a hit or miss when it comes to this location. I've learned that you either get your food really fast or it takes a little bit. It's a gamble on time which isn't good if you're in a rush, however the food is always cooked well.With that said, I always try to place my order early to give some time for the food to be made, and I also try to come inside to hopefully make it a little easier for the workers. In which the other day; I had done both:I had placed my order somewhere around 5:08pm before arriving inside the lobby (which was very clean and well-kept) around 5:15pm. I noticed that there was no bag sitting on the mobile hand-off area, but there was a medium shake, which was a part of my order. I assumed based off that, my order would be ready shortly, so I took a seat. Occasionally, I would glance over to see the process on it. However, after 15 minutes had passed and no bag or mobile order was called, I went to question if maybe something had happened either on my side or their's because life happens. The very nice employee was handling another customer in front of me, so I wasn't able to receive my food until 5:32 pm. That was when I was told it had been misplaced in drive and was completed a while ago.Miscommunications happen, and it is also my own fault for not asking sooner. However, on any other day, I wouldn't really have felt the need to write a low rating review. The only reason I felt the need to do so today is because I was on break from a very long shift.Before I continue, my schedule is not the employees' job to know or to accommodate. It's the reason I order ahead, so that in case something happens, I have some extra time to play off of. However, it would have been much perfered having to not wait out my entire break to receive my food. It had gone cold from sitting for 20+ mins, and the shake was completely melted.Again, the staff here are lovely and the very nice employee that handed me my order did an amazing job, it is nothing on them. I just wish it wasn't so much of a gamble on how long my order will take.

Manager name I spoke with was “Bobby” claimed a large fry was now a small fry size amount . Claimed they gave me 6oz. Of fries and they settled to the bottom of the carton less then 3 mins after purchase.Im certain that McDonald’s is not hurting to fill a carton of Large Fries to the proper height.Very disappointed with my purchase this evening.Horrible customer service with “ Manager Bobby”
