Stopped by the Piqua location at 6:30 a.m. this morning for coffee and donuts. Donuts were delicious as always. This location (like many others I'm sure) is severely understaffed, especially for a Sunday morning. A direct result of this was lukewarm coffee. This is a very rare occurrence and given the fact only two employees were working, it's understandable that there are going to be issues. The next time you're visiting a Tim Hortons maybe thank the employees for their dedication....read full review
3 weeks ago out of the blue. I decided to go to tim hortons and get a nice ham and cheese sandwich on a croissant... Since no One responded to my last review... I will make it more clear. I will never come back to this restaurant as someone burned the croissant that my sandwich was on. I'm sure the whole restaurant smelled like burnt croissant and when I called once I got back to work. They said they couldn't help me because I couldn't bring the sandwich back... Stopped on our way back home to TN. We love Tim Hortons. The lady that helped us had glasses but I didn't see her name. She was so very sweet. Made me a drink they didn't even have anymore and it was delicious. And our food was hot and amazing. Thank you TH
