Waited in line for 15 mins just for them to say “we’re closed” at 8:45 AM. Like are you kidding me? I hope this place figures it out so they can compete with the rest of the coffee shops.

This location is always out of food. They have been out of bread, eggs, syrup for drinks, and very low stock on doughnuts or tim bits. When they have food it is good. But it's hard to keep going there when you never know if they are going to actually have food (at a fast food place). The person who orders needs to order more to last them till the next delivery.

I ordered a #2 breakfast sandwich and a 20 box of Timbits this past week. The loud speaker attendant seemed fine. Pull up to the window and stuff apparently hit the fan. I get immediate attitude from the female worker asking me: “10, 20 or 40?” in an annoyed and frustrated tone. I said, “Excuse me?” and she repeats herself getting more flustered by the second. 2 cars behind me, I saw them drive out of the line when I pulled up. I am assuming the attitude was in repsonse to whoever that was. The attitude threw me for a whole loop and I told her 10 Timbits. She gives me no receipt and thrusts the wrapped sandwich at me with a “Here you go!” I saw there were Help Wanted signs up and it looked like only one more worker was there to help her, but her attitude was totally disrespectful and un-called for. I also understand it was the breakfast rush, but that is literally your job to be prepared for that. I opened up the sandwich and low and behold it was the exact opposite of what I ordered. It wasn’t even a breakfast sandwich. This had tomato, lettuce and cheese (no sauce) in-between 2 pieces of bagel. Totally not worth the over $9 I paid for my total. I love Tim Hortons, but will never be returning to this trash location.

Stopped by the Piqua location at 6:30 a.m. this morning for coffee and donuts. Donuts were delicious as always. This location (like many others I'm sure) is severely understaffed, especially for a Sunday morning. A direct result of this was lukewarm coffee. This is a very rare occurrence and given the fact only two employees were working, it's understandable that there are going to be issues. The next time you're visiting a Tim Hortons maybe thank the employees for their dedication. Without someone showing up for work Tim's can't stay open. Great job this morning fellas!!

This place sucks, no one likes their job. Everytime you go there they don’t have stuff to make the food or the machines are down. I got a BLT no tomato and received a cold sandwich with tomato and cheese…. Hardly any Mayo and again COLD.

It's my favorite place to get coffee. I used to be a Starbucks girl, but now I am no longer a Starbucks girl. Also, the blueberry muffins and donuts are good.

Honestly it was ass. My drink was good though. The girl had decent customer service. I got old an old egg and cold ass food. It wasn't busy at all y'all just don't want to work but I understand you probably make 12-15 an hour usually only good in New York sadly

The only drive through that consistently runs out of food.

I visit the City of Piqua Ohio once a month. As an investigator, I provide training to the whole City of Piqua. I’ve been stopping at the store for more than five years. Over the last three years, I’ve noticed that the service has gone downhill! The night before I visit the City of Piqua, I always call in an order of 5 to 6 dozen donuts. Over the last two years, they don’t have my order ready, and that makes me late for the meeting that I have with the city.Once again, I called the night before to order six dozen donuts and muffins. I arrived at 6 AM the next day and the order was not even made. This is the fourth time this year that I’ve experienced this.Every time I inquire about where my order is the employees are rude, put off by my questioning, and do not seem to have been trained in customer service.this morning, the woman who waited on me was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I was talking in a very polite professional way, she still talked over me, and the last thing she said was, I don’t have time for this and walked away from me.As I arrived late from my meeting in Piqua, there were 60 people that live and work in the City of Piqua , as I was explaining to them why I was so late, about 15 of them stated that they don’t come to Tim Hortons anymore because of the unprofessional way that the staff treat the customers. The other 45 employees all heard the negative bad news about Tim Hortons, which was really bad for your company. It’s very sad that an employee of Tim Hortons would not care how this would negatively impact the company. I will no longer be coming back to Tim Hortons, and by the sound of it, there are many people that live in the City of Piqua that will not as well. That location desperately needs training in customer service and at least be able to talk to their customers in a professional way ……or at least say hi and thank you which has never been given to me as a customer.Concerned,Customer

The store is always running out of food for some reason. There are other restaurants which get several times as many customers and they don't run out of stuff, so I'm not sure why this place always does. The employees at the window also hardly ever speak to you and they make no attempt to be friendly at all. The food is usually good, but that's the only redeeming quality.

I visited Las Vegas and went on a breakfast run. The staff seemed very disorganized. One girl was rude and unhelpful. The cashier was nice. I tried to order 8 sausage muffins and was told they only have 2 muffins. I asked if we could do the rest as biscuits. They didn't have biscuits in the store and not enough eggs. So I got the 2 sandwiches and some TimBits. The sandwiches were gross. The muffins weren't toasted or heated, and the sausage was cold. I should have just gone to McDonald's for sandwiches and Speedway for donuts.

3 weeks ago out of the blue. I decided to go to tim hortons and get a nice ham and cheese sandwich on a croissant... Since no One responded to my last review... I will make it more clear. I will never come back to this restaurant as someone burned the croissant that my sandwich was on. I'm sure the whole restaurant smelled like burnt croissant and when I called once I got back to work. They said they couldn't help me because I couldn't bring the sandwich back... I have the photo I would love for the tim horton team to take a look at it and see if they agree with me that this is truly burnt and that anyone with eyes could see it.
