Never before have I encountered such awful customer service in my life. Around 9:30 in the evening, we ordered two meals for my husband and I in the drive-thru. We drove away without checking our order, but when we arrived home, one of our meals was missing entirely. This is the slowest fast-food restaurant I've ever been in! How's that for an oxymoron?! It legitimately took over 10 minutes to get two soft-shell tacos (meat and cheese only, mind you) for my toddler. Would not recommend. Buying a Costco membership next door, entering the store, purchasing the food, driving home, and cooking it myself would have been quicker.
