Seriously! $68.00 worth of take out food and you can't even personally take my order, you have the nerve to ask me to use a kiosk... unacceptable!!! Short staffed and too busy was the reason. The quality of food was less than desirable, skimpy amount of meat! You even got my order wrong! Your machine didn't email my requested receipt! That was my second time to that location and eating Taco Bell ... swore it off over a year ago because the locations by my home are terrible, and this one is new and close to my daughter's house.

Never before have I encountered such awful customer service in my life. Around 9:30 in the evening, we ordered two meals for my husband and I in the drive-thru. We drove away without checking our order, but when we arrived home, one of our meals was missing entirely. My husband drives back to the restaurant to ask for the meal we paid for earlier that we did not receive. The man at the window adamantly refuses to give us the food, claiming "he made the order himself, so he knows the order was correct." We had also received no receipt with our order to boot, so the man blatantly refused to make our order, asking "What would he gain by making us our chalupas!?" When asked for a refund, the man blantently refused this, as well. At this point, all we want is our money back. My husband tried entering the store to show the employee our bag with the incorrect order, but they locked the door and would not let us approach the store! He sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, all while being berated by the same man for holding up his line. All we wanted was the food that we had originally paid for, or a simple refund! Unfortunately, the amount of disrespect we received, as well as time wasted was the most unacceptable customer service experience that either of us have ever dealt with. After 25 minutes of waiting in line at the window, he shoves a bag at my husband and slams it shut without a word. We had finally received the food we had paid for. Sadly, we will not be returning.

This is the slowest fast-food restaurant I've ever been in! How's that for an oxymoron?! It legitimately took over 10 minutes to get two soft-shell tacos (meat and cheese only, mind you) for my toddler. Would not recommend. Buying a Costco membership next door, entering the store, purchasing the food, driving home, and cooking it myself would have been quicker.

I was patiently waiting inside for my order for about 10 min. The drive through line was packed so I expected to wait a bit. A lady asked what name I was waiting for and turned out my order got missed. They quickly got it done and gave me a refund for the wait. The food was perfect. TB locations are hit and miss, but this one is gtg?

I encountered an extremely rude staff on 12/30/23 at night. He was yelling at me and being sarcastic because I did not follow/know the protocol for picking up an order (it was my first time at Taco Bell) at the drive through window. He proceeded to slam the window at the end.

They always closed at night they saying they register is down but it’s lie they never wanna work lazy people work here and don’t want do no work or serve customers I came like 5 different they said the same thing we are closed and the registers are not working so if I was you I wouldn’t go there after 8:00pm cuz looks this people don’t wanna work and don’t care the drive we make good luck
