Kroger here in Portsmouth has friendly staff. The staff here are always helpful and manage to keep everything stocked. The gas prices are good. It may be a little hard to find a parking spot though.
Just lift Kroger’s and as I was walking out i took a nasty fall in the rain while 2 Kroger employees that were within 5 ft of me just stood there. I had to ask one of them to help me up and neither one would pick up my bag or walk me to my car. Terrible customer service �

This is a huge Kroger! The employees are always working very diligently and always very nice and helpful. However, I think possibly because we MAY have a FEW less than savory customers in our area, the store itself always looks “rode hard and put away wet,” with dingy floors and random stinky odors.
