Ordered via door dash.. received call they don't have a driver as "nobody wants to work" told order would be cancelled..It was not called 30 min after that no one answered phone..called 45 min after that no one answered phone. I was charged for a completed order. Drove in and asked to speak with manager..told I would have to wait..waited 30 min then was told they would have to take care of people who came in after me and my only options were to wait or come back later

I usally love this place but i’ve tried to spend my lunch breaks twice now ordering delivery only for it to get cancelled halfway through the break because they don’t have a driver even if it gives delivery option and the refund process is very annoying

This location has horrible delivery service. Last several times over an hour delivery wait time. Had to call each time to find it where our order was. Nothing but excuses that they are busy. Done ordering from here!

I placed a catering box of subs order at the powell location in Aug to be delivered to my home. Never showed up. I called the location several times but apparently they were closed during normal business hours. I contacted customer service several times. They said the owner would reach out. No follow up, no call or email from the owner. Horrible customer service. I had to scramble to get food elsewhere for my event.

i love the chicken caesar summer wrap, fudge brownie and cookie. they always been such a good neighbor, and their staffs are friendly too.

THE LITERAL WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not I repeat so not waste your freakin time here. Rude. Not "freaky fast" at all. Freakin slow pokes and snail pace for curbside orders. Every time I've had a curbside order it's at least kid you not 15-20 min wait!!!!!
