“I got a corned beef sandwich and Jojos for St Patrick’s day. I’m so glad I did. The corned beef was delicious, the Rye was delicious… everything was perfect. The jojos were excellent too. I’ve added them to my Uber Eats Favorites. If I ever want another Corned beef sandwich, I’m going to order from here.“
“Typical Raising Cane's, you get exactly what you order. Tips for your meal are chicken extra crispy, honey mustard, butter on both sides of toast, no slaw but extra fries/toast. People tend to say the chicken isn't seasoned well but that's what the sauce is for, tenders are hot and fresh every time. The music in the restaurant is obnoxiously loud but I guess it fits the vibe.“
“My 12 year old nephew decided to treat me to lunch after we left this year's Auto show at the IX Center. We usually do Taco Bell, but my nephew suggested I try something new & told me to drive to Raising Cain's...because it was on a Saturday & the weather was fairly pleasant, the place was packed. Since it was my first time there, I let my nephew order for me. The food came, nice & hot..the server was friendly & professional & the atmosphere was lively. I enjoyed the food so much, I've visited the restaurant 3 additional times - in one week! Hello Raising Cain's...goodbye KFC forever!“
“I wish they'd package the fries separately so they don't get soggy and that extra ketchup wasn't just 2 packets -_- but Asia at the drive through is an INCREDIBLE addition to this store. She is a shining light and brought me so much.joy communiticating with her at the window. I wish all fast food experiences were like the one I had with her. “Had a minor error in order entry. No big deal, tried to order a 12 count grilled nuggets amd a side salad. Got a 8 count fried nugget. Miss Desirae insisted that I take the original wrong food, and gave me the right order on top of that. I demanded that I be allowed to pay for the additional grub, but she wouldn't have it. 10/10. 100%. Give her raises and bonuses. Exceptional“
“Yea Cane's has a solid chicken tender and Hot Chicken Takeover has some good food, but neither of these (or really any other place in Cleveland) can hold a candle to Dave's Hot Chicken. The quality of the chicken is top notch, the flavors/ heat are exceptional, and the sides compliment your meal perfectly. Do yourself a favor - stop wasting time scolling these reviews and go try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.“

There's one employee in particular that stands out as such a wonderful person, I unfortunately forgot her name though.. In general I think more people on shift should hold her attitude and show the same level of kindness.“

She repeated it back to me twice. And of course, no gravy at all in the bag when I got home. The chicken could have been cooked a little longer as well. I ended up not eating the second piece of chicken because it wasn't quite done enough in the middle. Best coleslaw in town, though!“
“Here’s what I noticed in this order, the clearly marked parking lot, the friendly attentive staff, the fast service and fresh delicious food (even at breakfast, even the fruit cup was fresh as promised). So many friendly faces all checking in as they walked by our table, a clean atmosphere in the play area and bathrooms! They even had a step stool under the sink for my toddlers to use, which this pregnant mama was extremely thankful for!“
“From WNY on a baseball trip and my son insisted that the family stop here before we ahuffled back to Buffalo as he had been to a Raising Canes a few months ago w the hockey team.We need one of these in Buffalo! Blows Chik Fil out of the water! Fingers were great size and cooked perfectly.Staff at this location were amazing ! It was my first visit to a Raising Canes and after talking with who I believe was the manager at the counter about the facility, what to order etc he gave me and my family a “ first timer “ discount . Great service and he won over me on that type of service. I didn’t ask for it … he just did it .Keep up the great work and I hope you and the cashier see this as you both provided amazing service .Heading back with the hockey team in a week and I will be stopping in again with 22 hungry hockey players !“
