The mng/owner allowed my Esa in her space capsule. I appreciated that immensely

Originally had a poor experience as the sandwich looked awful and didn’t appear to have nearly enough on it compared to price and pictures of advertisement. Reached out to guest services and they were able to make it right. Changing review to 5 stars. I will be back to devour more sandwiches, but I just hope they contain enough ingredients to satisfy me!

Food was tasty but not great. They rationed the shmear like they were afraid they were running out. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it looked like a bagel with butter.

Every time i've come into this place I've NEVER had a single bad experience. My typical time coming in is 11am - noon and I'll get a lunch bagel. From previous reviews being so low i've been waiting for a bad experience but NOPE! Service is incredibly friendly and fast! My food has always been amazing and tasty. The typical demographic of this area has been middle aged people sitting on old money. So I'll assume they haven't worked a single day in the food industry and that's why this place doesn't get the good reviews it deserves. I recommended this place to all my coworkers and they also had a great experience as well as amazing food. I'll keep recommending this place :)

Einstein Bros was recommended to me by a friend to try, but when I visited this morning it unfortunately did not live up to the hype. I just wanted an egg and some bacon on my bagel, but the cashier put in a bacon egg and cheese. I then politely reiterated to him that I wanted to opt out the cheese. When I received my bagel it had melted cheese all over it and it stuck to all contents, so I couldn't take it off to enjoy the rest. I couldn't even eat it... Wasted money here. Additionally, the cream cheese was only put on one side of the bagel, not even both sides. My boyfriend ordered a chocolate frozen coffee, and received a caramel one. I ordered an iced dirty chai. When I got it, it did have ice in it, but it was warm. I decided to wait a few minutes to see if it cooled down but it didn't, the ice just watered the drink down and it was still warm. I also have to say that the coffee drinks here are just pure sugar. Beside no interior seating, overall I'm unimpressed with the level of quality and service this business has to offer. Overpriced for the quality of what you receive sadly :(

I really enjoy coming here for the breakfast sandwiches and the vanilla cold brew. The works and manager have always been super nice and they seem to have a good team. The only reason why I'm giving it one star is because they still haven't opened up the dining room which is a struggle when you're hungry now with warm food you'd like to eat. The All Nighter is too messy to eat in the car without getting the sauce everywhere. The App seems to be having some issues connecting to the store (just a FYI) so I was charged for my sandwich and still had to repurchase it inside (which defeats the purpose of having the app). I ended up needing to be credited the amount after a few days because it didn't fall off my account.Really great food, good drinks, but please OPEN the dining room. I understand it may create a little more work but you'll get more people spending money who are able to do work/ school stuff there. Even Bruegger's in Westlake (sister company) plans on opening back up in a few weeks.

No seating... Which at this point I find ridiculous. If I'm buying a coffee and pastry or sandwich it would be nice to be able to sit down and enjoy it. Instead they just have doors blocked off and a big open space that's completely empty. This might be ok in the summer because there is a patio but I won't come back here all winter.

While the food was fine, up to par with any other Einstein's across the country, the service was subpar. I have ordered ahead from here twice and both times I watched people walk into the restaurant and leave with their food before mine was walked out to the outside order pickup. I've gone up to the counter and given them my name for the order but was told it wasn't ready if it wasn't out. Meanwhile I watched the bad sit on the back counter for 10 minutes allowing my food to go cold before they brought it lit. Why could they not have grabbed it for me 10 minutes earlier when I walked in? Don't know because they had plenty of staff just walking around not making food.

Tasteless!!! Went in on Sat. July 8th as we were running errands and wanted a breakfast sandwich to begin the day. Bad, bad decision. I agree with the other posters below - this was completely bland. My wife chose an egg and cheese on the hash brown bagel. It came out with bacon on it, which she did not order. Good for me, because I snagged it up and added it to my bacon, egg and cheese on a jalapeno cheese bagel. I made mine a meal by getting the 2 in. hashbrown disk. I agree with the other poster who said the hashbrowns taste weird. I totally agree. There is nothing wrong with them. In fact there is nothing wrong with any of the cooking. But, it's just tasteless. I did not say a single thing (but was thinking it), when my wife burst out - this didn't do a thing for me - it's tasteless. I totally agree. Every aspect was tasteless - the bagel, the cheese/jalapeno topping, the bacon, egg, cheese and hashbrowns.I laughed out loud when I read the wrapper the hash brown was in. "We use the highest quality ingredients - we use thick cut bacon." There was no way in hell this was thick cut bacon. It was the thinnest pieces of bacon you could find. If you claim the eggs and bagels were of quality - I would love to sit you down and eat them. There is no way you can claim they have taste. Finally, it is July 2023 and when we walked in (we have not been there in quite some time), we were shocked to see no seating in the dining area. What are you kidding me? There has to be alternative reasons as to why they are not putting seating in the dining room - either they don't have the staffing to clean up the tables or else they don't want people lingering on their phones and laptops from the dining area and not buying product. There has to be some reason.Anyway, they still have a very good crowd coming in, so I am guessing folks still like this place. Good for Einstein. I think it is good the community of Rocky River has this offering. For us however, it is a big pass!

Great place!! Eric and his team do an awesome job!! Always friendly - quick clean place! We used to bring 15 people in for breakfast and talk but can’t now because dining room isn’t open.

We drove a couple miles out of our way, past other bagel places, because we like this place so much. It's just that we like their food, the service is prompt and friendly. And the other customers are fun and pleasant as well. By the way, currently they do not offer dining room seating.

Great bagels, friendly service. Quick in quick out

I have tried like 7 of the different bagels offered there and loved them all.

Very disappointed no seating inside. Came to sit down and enjoy coffee and bagels. We did not stay.

I love (loved?) this place. The employees are great, and the coffee and food are as well. I've been coming here since The Parthenon was built, BUT it is utterly ridiculous that the dining room is STILL closed! Every other eatery's dining room opened up 2 years ago or so! Vaccines have been out, and the pandemic is essentially under control for a long time now. Customers NEED a place they can sit down and sip their morning coffee! How ridiculous it is to still be sitting in my car to sip and eat, using my dashboard as a mini-table! I am this close to not giving them my business anymore, until they open the dining room out of respect for their customers!
