Every time i've come into this place I've NEVER had a single bad experience. My typical time coming in is 11am - noon and I'll get a lunch bagel. From previous reviews being so low i've been waiting for a bad experience but NOPE! Service is incredibly friendly and fast! My food has always been amazing and tasty. No seating... Which at this point I find ridiculous. If I'm buying a coffee and pastry or sandwich it would be nice to be able to sit down and enjoy it. Instead they just have doors blocked off and a big open space that's completely empty. This might be ok in the summer because there is a patio but I won't come back here all winter.

Originally had a poor experience as the sandwich looked awful and didn’t appear to have nearly enough on it compared to price and pictures of advertisement. Reached out to guest services and they were able to make it right. Changing review to 5 stars. I will be back to devour more sandwiches, but I just hope they contain enough ingredients to satisfy me!
