Food was decent, however, we went after sundown and there were sooo many bright lights, I felt like I was eating dinner in a tanning bed. They definitely could dim them or turn a few off. Will not be returning after the sun has set, for this I am certain.
Very meh experience. I wanted to try the kinda famous Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger but, got the Bacon Cheeseburger instead. Obviously something messed up with the communication there. I clearly said the Gourmet Cheeseburger and she repeated it back to me. Not a problem with the server but, I didn't order the Bacon Burger. I'm not really a fan of wasting food so, I took the bacon off and gave it to my fiance. The burger wasn't even lukewarm... So, what's going on here?

I had the crispy chicken sandwich/sweet potatoe fries. Onion rings short. My husband had the bone in wing/fries. Pretzel bites. My food came out first. Waitress said that she just put his order in when mine was served. His order was served/incorrect. Boneless wings. Finally he received his wings. Waitress did apologize several times. She was having a bad day. The food tasted delicious.
