I was at this location 6 weeks ago. Sat at the bar. Everything was great. I was there today . Taylor was our server. Everything was wrong. Where do I start. Asked for diet coke /no ice. We got reg coke with ice. Asked for fries and got chips. Asked for marinara sauce and got ranch. Onion rings were warm and very crunchy. Sweet potato fries were very dark and hard. Chicken was over cooked. We had to ask for a plate to eat on. Had to ask for napkins. Charged for 2 drinks only had one. Charged reg price for a happy hour special. Ordered our for before the people behind us even sat down but the got there food first. I had to ask several times where my fries were. She kept saying they were cooking them, for 20 minutes. Oh they were not busy. Next yime we will drive to Maumee.

Sweet potatoes fries were burnt burger cooked well but cold. No plates served with the chicken wings. Service was slow and poor. Music extremely loud we couldn't hear each other. We werent asked about refills on fries as they served when we were finished eating. Go to the one in Maumee it is much better. Service is better there

I had the crispy chicken sandwich/sweet potatoe fries. Onion rings short. My husband had the bone in wing/fries. Pretzel bites. My food came out first. Waitress said that she just put his order in when mine was served. His order was served/incorrect. Boneless wings. Finally he received his wings. Waitress did apologize several times. She was having a bad day. The food tasted delicious.

We waited for 15 minutes after seated before a waiter actually came over to serve us, our drinks were sitting out for a good 7 minutes, then once we got are food we didn’t have any condiments, so we asked for the basics like ketchup mustard etc. IT TOOK 10 MINUTES FOR THAT 10

Food was not that good. Burger on meat was bloody. Customer service was terrible. These young teenagers got bad attiude. Need to do better.
I will always ask for Rick to be our server. He has the best customer service and makes our experience excellent!

I know it is a new restaurant but the onion rings were ice cold and we never were asked if we wanted more fries and halfway through our meal we were given the check. We felt very rushed.

If for any reason you customize your burger in anyway, the cooks at this restaurant won't bother to pay attention. Furthermore, the team that handles putting together the bags don't bother to read all the items that should be added to the order. Not only was my burger made incorrectly, but they also missed a side a fries I paid for. It's absolutely insane how the lack of quality at this location is compared to Fallen Timbers and Monroe street.

Food was decent, however, we went after sundown and there were sooo many bright lights, I felt like I was eating dinner in a tanning bed. They definitely could dim them or turn a few off. Will not be returning after the sun has set, for this I am certain.
