Sonic has grown complacent with their menu options, and the general attitude towards service jobs overall is becoming lackluster. I would highly recommend an honest to goodness local business over any chain restaurant these days.
My wife and I stopped on 1/9/24 to try the new peanutbutter bacon burger. It was delicious. My wife thought there were to many onions but we both agree there's not enough peanutbutter.When we got home we saw a TV commercial that showed 2 patties, I look on line and it also states 2 patties, needless to say both our burgers only had 1 patty. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the drive up stalls, as they were very short staffed. Eventhough overworked, the employees still have a smile on their face. Hopefully they can find more people willing to work so people are not forced to use the drive-thru.
