Ur time says closes at 9pm and they r always closed at 8pm or even earlier then that or the oven has been shut off and cleaned and can’t get sub baked. Change ur hours so other people don’t keep going there and finding it closed

Stopped in here to get lunch after getting off work. I needed to use the restroom, so I was going to do that first, so I didn't have to take my food into the restroom with me. I asked the employee if I needed a key for the restroom as it was locked and had a sign on it stating it was for customers and employees only. As if I can't read, she told me the restrooms for customers only but there's another bathroom next door in the gas station. I told her I was getting lunch but wanted to use the restroom first. She just stood there, didn't even look at me or respond to me. I went to the bathroom next door but will now be going somewhere else for lunch now. Bad service = no customers. Good job.

Ordered an online pick up order, got there 10mins after pick up, wasn't done. One customer in the store 2 employees. Waited 10 more mins for my sandwich. Got home and saw it wasn't right. Tried to call the store, no answer. Super mad.

They guys inside were very nice and polite. They made sure to take care of us and I will be ordering from here again. I've had bad experiences in Virginia, but this hometown store .5 miles from my childhood home are on point. Thanks!
Stopped while traveling, quick in. Quick out. We both ordered meals that required being heated up-Niether were warm, even. No plastic knives for salad. No ice for drinks...??♀️?
