Stopped in here to get lunch after getting off work. I needed to use the restroom, so I was going to do that first, so I didn't have to take my food into the restroom with me. I asked the employee if I needed a key for the restroom as it was locked and had a sign on it stating it was for customers and employees only. Ordered an online pick up order, got there 10mins after pick up, wasn't done. One customer in the store 2 employees. Waited 10 more mins for my sandwich. Got home and saw it wasn't right. Tried to call the store, no answer. Super mad.

Ur time says closes at 9pm and they r always closed at 8pm or even earlier then that or the oven has been shut off and cleaned and can’t get sub baked. Change ur hours so other people don’t keep going there and finding it closed
