“This was my first time at Big Apple Cafe, and everything was absolutely amazing! I ordered the Crabcake Eggs Benedict, and it was BY FAR the best crabcakes I have ever had! The sweet tea isn't too sweet, and was quite enjoyable! I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting great food at a really good price!“

“My kids, grandfather, and I ate at Tee Jayes on 21st Street in Newark on Easter 2023. Had a great meal. Waitress was very kind and super customer friendly. Manager was very much a friendly as well. Wish I had remembered their names so that I could offer them more public praise here. Well done! We will be back soon. :)“

“Our omelets were delicious & the service was great.Vegetarian options: My husband got the spinach omelet, I think.Parking: We were able to park close to the door.Kid-friendliness: A large group arrived that had a toddler & a boy maybe 5. They provided coloring sheets & crayons.Wheelchair accessibility: The tables could accommodate a wheelchair, & of course, the curb was sloped & no steps into the restaurant.“

“My wife and I went here for the first time today. Everything was great from the staff to the food. There’s something about the French Toast that is so good. I got the bacon waffle with the chicken, spicy gravy and eggs along with a side of fried potatoes. The gravy was the bomb! Great atmosphere, awesome group of folks working as well. Highly recommend and we will be returning again“
