“The owner spent alot of time studying English pubs . I've spent alot of time in English pubs and this is pretty close . It's a cross between a pub and resturant . It definitely has a proper pub atmosphere to it and I definitely enjoyed it. I had the fish and chips which were definitely a good representation as close as I've had in the usa . If you're in the Salem Ohio area stop in .“
“My girlfriend and I are from out of town. We stopped here for lunch. The atmosphere, service, and food was amazing. Abby was a great host and the food was done perfectly. I loved the blast furnace hot sauce. It's great to actually fine a great tasting sauce that bites the tongue. Highly recommend!“
“This place is such a cute small town vibe, but nothing about the food is down played. The pictures truly don't do this Salem, OH fan favorite justice. The flavor was impeccable & portion sizes were adequate. I had the turkey pot pie (a seasonal item) that was to die for! The Italian sausage sandwich was hearty & delicious while the fried pickles were the perfect bite each time: they got an 8 on my personal fried pickle rating - which is pretty darn good.“
“Pondi's is incredible! I am continuously blown away by the quality of the dishes they put out, and they do it at all levels. One day, you'll want a burger or a sandwich and fries, and you'll be blown away by the flavor. The next trip you'll want a seafood dish, and restaurants this far from the Ocean aren't supposed to make seafood taste so good. A unique, small town feel with authentic roots and great food.Parking: They have a paved lot that fills fast and then a row of parking on a steep gravel path that often is close to full as well. But they did update the restaurant to accommodate more guests, so they work really hard to get everyone seated and served quickly“
“Got a peanut butter milkshake for $7. (expensive) Very thick and it says made with real peanut butter. They have some good deals on their food combos. Just a nice little spot to go after a day on the lake. They also do have outside seating with shade.“

“Parking: Large spacious parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner when there will come and talk to you and make sure everything is good. Grew up going to grandmas every Sunday for Lebanese food. Their food is very good and the closest to grandmas that I have found.“
