Attempted to eat here for my son's birthday after a day full of rides. Waited for 45 minutes to even be seated. Once we were seated, with two very hungry teenagers I might add, I was forced to sit on a chair in the middle of the aisle because apparently they didn't have a table big enough for 5. I was literally blocking the way to the restroom. I had to get up at least 3 times in twenty minutes. We sat down. Was given menus but never seen a server after that. Wasn't even given drinks. We walked up twice to attempt to get service and was told someone would be over shortly and no one ever came. After 30 minutes of not even getting drinks we finally just walked out. We waited 75 minutes and received extremely poor service, what little service we did get. Not to mention, the waitresses were talking bad about customers and swearing up a storm. I hope all your locations aren't like this.

Decently fast arrival of food, but it's overpriced for a generally mediocre experience.People were bad except my waitress.My shake was watery too, and it was overpriced just like everything else on the menu.

It’s unfortunate how much this place has changed in the last ten years. The prepackaged small salads are a real disappointment, and the burgers were just meh. Definitely not worth the price point

I paid 11.95 for a hot dog that wasn't even bun length. Seriously. Even at cedar point this was abusive.

Over priced and food was horrible and cold. Cedar point is not as it use to be. My grandson wasn't allowed to ride a small ride that wasn't fast at all. I get height but come on. ! ?

Great service, classic soda hop shop shakes and classic burgers with fries. Great pick for a classic home town soda shop feel.

Took my girlfriend here because from memory it was delicious, the host told us a 15 minute wait, we sat down on a bench that's cushions were so worn out it was just a bench. 30 minutes go by and about 7 groups of people walk in and the host told each and everyone of them 15 minutes... 15 more minutes go by and I'm still sitting on the bench, watching the slowest most unmotivated staff I have ever seen barley do their jobs. I also want to add there was so many open tables and seats, legit only two people were at the bar/counter area, the entire patio was open, and there were multiple open booths, yet we waited. we ended up leaving when the wait hit an hour and went to the drive in themed restaurant down the way. Got my food in 5 minutes and it was probably the same quality slop I would have gotten at Johnny Outta Fuel Rockets. I get home and tell my mom this story and to not to my surprise my memory lied to me and they have been like this for years, so I guess the question is why is it still there, and why are the reviews so positive on any website? And like I said they have been providing the worst service at the park for years, it isn't a covid thing because half of these bad reviews are from before covid hit, especially because they are a chain restaurant it just baffles me it's still open, it is one of the few sit down, non self service restaurants in the park and its a joke. Also i haven't even mentioned It looks so dirty and dull, and no it isn't because of the theme, the other 50's style restaurant in the park looks great and is actually clean. So please Mr.Point or Mr.Rockets fire the entire staff and hire some people that actually want to work there because the place is a joke

Horrible experience. Horrible wait staff. Went in 30 minutes after the park was open. 7 employees just standing there and two other tables in the restaurant. Was asked to sit outside and that was fine. However we got sat at a dirty table with bugs all over and got completely ignored yet again by the staff. We ended up just leaving and going across the way and had our food and drink within 5 minutes. I'll be back to cedar point but pretty sure I'll never spend my time or money here.

Husband loves the food and the fact that they made it with no salt/seasoning. We've had too much salt at some places in the park which is a big turn off especially being on low sodium intake diet. You can't eat it. We've both worked enough food places we understand how stressful it's can be and how rude customers can get. Keep up the good work Johnny rockets.
Restaurant was half empty but 35 minute wait.. odd. The bathroom was filthy.. food unbelievably over priced. I don’t see this place making it much longer. Will get food somewhere else next time.

The food is absurdly over priced and the bathrooms are dated. Though it is Cedar Point. Inside is nice and cool and the looks are not bad.

We waited nearly an hour before we were seated. The food was average burgers and fries. The female manager was confronted by a customer and she argued back. She should have been more professional and killed them with kindness. Customers overheard her comments. The servers and other staff seem unhappy to work there. The atmosphere was not good. We won’t be back. Cedar Fair should be made aware and fix the problem, so frustrating!!!

We got there and sat for at least 10 minuets before we ever got drinks, and I had to ask about that. Our waitress had no clue, and instead of asking how we were or any other patrons around us, she stood waiting for food to come up for 10 or so minutes by the kitchen window. Then when it did it was wrong and my daughters mini burgers had hair on one. As we sat there we weren't the only ones with hair in their food either. The manager was working double time for what appeared to be a basic lack of training or effort? Never again.
