Husband loves the food and the fact that they made it with no salt/seasoning. We've had too much salt at some places in the park which is a big turn off especially being on low sodium intake diet. You can't eat it. We've both worked enough food places we understand how stressful it's can be and how rude customers can get. Keep up the good work Johnny rockets.
We waited nearly an hour before we were seated. The food was average burgers and fries. The female manager was confronted by a customer and she argued back. She should have been more professional and killed them with kindness. Customers overheard her comments. The servers and other staff seem unhappy to work there. The atmosphere was not good. We won’t be back. Cedar Fair should be made aware and fix the problem, so frustrating!!!
