Alexis, the manager does not know how to manage a store. I waited 5-10 minutes at the register, tried to say something and she looked at me but completely ignored me. I simply wanted a 10 pc chicken nugget and soft drink. I was blatantly ignored.

The food was good I only had fries(a bit salty) and apple pie(warm, delicious) since I'm vegan the service wasn't bad but the waiting was a little confusing they call out orders when done but there's a screen that says now serving for no reason and it's a McDonald's so you get who you get in there no problems at all but always a weird mix of people lolVegetarian options: It's only simple stuff so you know what's usually vegetarian and it's fries desserts and saladsParking: Prolly like 20Kid-friendliness: Boring but safe to bring themWheelchair accessibility: Mostly flat, with available seating, but no automated doors if your by yourself

It's McDonalds. It was very average. Employees were good and friendly. They were very busy, but the employees remained professional. I was happy with my coffee and my burrito. McDonald's is fine, but it's nothing to write home about.

I'm rating this a 1 star because these order kiosks where I have to do the job of the person who used to work behind the counter are impersonal and very dissatisfying. What happened to the days of a friendly good morning and how can I help you today? Very disappointed ?

Forgot drinks, gave wrong size mcnuggets and waited 19 minutes for our order. Then had to wait over 5 mins at the counter for the stuff that was missing. Complete terrible in every way.

Manager needs some customer service classes. It’s not my fault the app charged me and wouldn’t complete my transaction. Acted like I was trying to get free food. She has no idea what she’s talking about. After deleting the so called discount that made the error, my card got locked. Took us an hour to get food. Let me add we were on our way back to Michigan. STILL gave attitude when my card wouldn’t work. If you hate your job, quit. I’m sick of people taking it out on the ones giving you the money. SmhNow I have a pending transaction that will take 3-5 days to put back into my account, and a locked card. On a Sunday! In a different state! Thank you for your kind hospitality!

When i Was Ordering Food The Lady Kept cutting me off as I was talking , when I came to the window she was just texting on her cell phone So I waited 5 minutes for a receipt!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This mcds needs to get themselves together. Order a 4 for 5 and did the online ordering on mcds app. Said food would be ready in 2-3 mins...... took 20. Go through the drive thru they keep handing you the wrong order. The whole staff always has an attitude. Food is always cold and stale.
