Got the French Quarter feast, 6 pieces of chicken and 2 sides. Asked for spicy, got regular, was good, just not what I ordered, had my order been correct, I'd give 4 stars, as it was quick, but if you cant get a simple order for your signature item, correct, what else do you do wrong, cleaning, sterilizing, or maintaining foods at proper temperature, so 2 stars
Fries were cold and like rubber. Barely any there but they won't be eaten anyways. I talked hubby into them "They will be good! They're Cajun!" Not impressed with the high prices for the small portions. I'm assuming the guys driving all the trucks I see there are arriving hungry ! Larger portions for the money would be nice !

They might as well bring in the robots to this location. I planned a big dinner for 8 and drove 20 min to get to this Popeyes. I ordered a 12 piece bucket, an 8 piece nuggets, an extra mashed, and fries. When I got home, the nuggets and fries were missing. That would be 40 minutes round trip for me. So we made do with the 12 piece. I called twice and no answer. It took me 2 days to get back out there. When I got there, the manager was real rude to me like I was trying something...read full review
