Well I’m conflicted. Both times I came here the last two days 3/12 and 3/13 I got exactly what I ordered and it was spot on. Which is why the three stars. I always order the same thing because I like to know I’m going to love what I’m getting. Today, 3/14 I came in again, of course impressed with the last two experiences, and the staff was subpar, I asked for a large and they gave me the small. Rude evening staff. No manners whatsoever, unhelpful, and passive aggressive.Young short girl with glasses and freckles, must be a new hire because she clearly has ZERO customer experience.

I asked pistachio late but lade give me white moca this is no good if she hasn’t pistachio flavor she should say no im sorry we out it was ok but she made white mocha that is not good
