The cashier made me wast 2,500 points on your app because she doesn’t know what she’s doing and then I couldn’t even get my food after scanning in 6,000 points because I didn’t bring my wallet and wasn’t aware free entree didn’t mean free entree and had $3 left over.
Had the most bizarre experience at Lebanon US 42 Chipotle this evening. We placed an online order and our friend picked it up. Instead of an organic lemonade that we ordered, there was a fountain drink lemonade. Our friend kindly asked about the mixup and was met with immediate defense and accusations that we were wrong. So our friend calls to confirm, we send him the receipt, and once again, the server tells our friend that it is incorrect. But it clearly said “organic lemonade”...read full review
