Served raw chicken. Then the GM had the audacity to dictate when and how I could come in for a refund. This place is vile and I do not recommend. I have photos, but unfortunately do not see a way to attach them to this review
We came to use the potty and go through the drive-thru. The dinning room is posted on the door to open at 7am. The door was STILL LOCKED and no one paid attention to me when I knocked on the dinning room window 12-16 times. I went through the drive-thru and told them "you just lost a customer because your dinning room was not open. Door is locked and you're suppose to be open at 7am and it is 8:45am." I ordered my food on the app & it told me a time to be there & when I got there they acted like I didn't have an order after I showed them my order on the app & the manager there wasn't helpful at all the staff was rude.
