I did a doordash tonight and my boyfriend told them my son was allergic to certain things so they redid are order for us and made sure to write on there gluten free gloves was changed I really wish I could get ahold of them and tell them thank you for that most people doesn’t care but they do so thank you guys for redoing my sons food and making sure it didn’t get in contact with food he was allergic to

We make the trip to other chipotles now. Reasons: (Same trip) MANY bags of chips behind the counter, but we were told they were for the drive thru only. No ice in their ice machine...15-20 minute wait for steak.....no tomato salsa or lettuce "for the rest of the night" at 6:45 pm. Our delivery orders, with double meat, definitely never have double meat, and given the outrageous price I've had to drive up there on 2 occasions to show the manager (both times the manager fixed the issue) Orders never have the correct ingredients when delivered. Unfortunately for delivery - you can't choose the location. North Ridgeville's new chipotle location is a better location than Sheffield even if it is a little farther away. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. 1 is the minimum

This red head girl barely put any chicken not even a full or even half a spoon and told me she was gonna charge double meat. She mean mugged me after that and when I went up to the counter because they forgot my guacamole she kept mean mugging me. I asked the manager to come to my table she refused and had me come to her . She did not believe anything I had to say and was no help at all. The cashier was great . Today is the 21st of feb and I was here at 1:30pm . Horrible experience and my son had the same experience another day. Horrible!!!!!

This USED to be the best Chipotle around but it’s gone down quickly unfortunately. Bad experiences haven’t been far apart neither, it’s usually not great every time we’ve gone for the past few months. Last time we got it was a couple of days ago and it was SALTY SALTY SALTY, could only eat half of it.
