This USED to be the best Chipotle around but it’s gone down quickly unfortunately. Bad experiences haven’t been far apart neither, it’s usually not great every time we’ve gone for the past few months. Last time we got it was a couple of days ago and it was SALTY SALTY SALTY, could only eat half of it.
Just watched your staff handel a grinch while being calm and apologetic. The guy was upset that on 2 days before Christmas you guys were busy and ran out of something. He was very rude but the staff members were very professional.

I did a doordash tonight and my boyfriend told them my son was allergic to certain things so they redid are order for us and made sure to write on there gluten free gloves was changed I really wish I could get ahold of them and tell them thank you for that most people doesn’t care but they do so thank you guys for redoing my sons food and making sure it didn’t get in contact with food he was allergic to
