I shop at Kroger because of the convenience but am very frustrated that there are rarely lanes open with a cashier. At this point you are forced to be your own cashier....plus bagging! If I have to work for Kroger, I should get a discount!

Have been shopping at Kroger for many years. The selection is better than any other local grocery. Was unhappy to find out that there is now a 50 cent transaction fee for cash back during checkout. Other retailers the size and scale of Kroger do not engage in such nickel and dime practices.

For over a year the Sidney store isn't keeping their shelves stocked with basic grocery staples such as bread, eggs and milk. The isles are now over crowed with staff shopping for click it purchases.

Custom cakes are always fresh and made correctly. Skip the stuff in the cold-cases though, can be kind of old/dry. Can't speak for the donuts and bagels because I don't get them from Kroger. Just basing my review on the multiple custom decorated cakes I have purchased from Kroger's. They have always been fresh and decorated correctly with gourmet-flair and quality ingredients.
