He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.”

“My husband and I Stopped in randomly after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. We loved it. Sat at the bar. Talked to one of the owners who served up a fantastic cranberry orange margarita! Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!”

“The staff was amazing! My 17 (!) friends and family members and I had a blast for my bachelorette party. Our pre- dinner activity finished a whole hour and a half before our reservation and they made it work to help me stay stress free for the evening. “Wanted to give a quick shoutout to a local business: King’s Tandoor in Solon (close to the movie theater). Coming from the pickiest eater and someone who’s quite difficult to impress; this place is PHENOMENAL. If you enjoy Indian cuisine or want to try, go check this place out! It’s FANTASTIC and their lunch buffet is only $13! Honestly shocked at how incredible my experience was. The people who work there are so kind and quick, food is so so so GOOD and fresh, and the restaurant is so clean and cute inside! Definitely recommend! 🇮🇳🥘🍛”

“Wonton soup is delicious and filled with abundant dumplings. Eggrolls are huge and flavorful. Entrees such as Chicken Broccoli, Wonderful Chicken, Beef Broccoli, and General Tao's Chicken are all excellent. Egg Foo Young was disappointing; the pancakes had way too many bean sprouts and the gravy was light colored and lacked flavor.”

“My visit today was on a Sunday at approx 6pm or so. I accidently placed the wrong Sundae order and was willing to eat it anyway, but I thought what the heck I'll just be honest and explain what happened. The staff was nice enough to correct my order and offer the Turtle Sundae I desired which was delicious as usual.

Here is the Plus/Minus on this store:
Plus - The ice cream always tastes delicious; the service is fast and excellent every time. Even if the line is long it always moves fast. The temperature in the dining area is always comfy whether it is hot or cold outside. The dining area is always clean. Lots of delicious flavors and speciaty items like shakes and sundaes. This has become my fave ice cream spot in NEO.
Minus: Approx 6 unruly, loud, disruptive youth arrived near the end of my visit. I wanted to escort them right out the door, fortunately they didn't stay long. Perhaps this is a new trend in Solon because a similar thing happened in nearby Chick-Fil-A Solon a few weeks ago. Oops I spoke too soon, the bad kis came back :(”

“Excellent seafood. I eat seafood all the time and the shrimp here are large and of good quality. I got a rice bowl with curry sauce. The sausage crawfish and shrimp were plentiful. Curry sauce was fabulous with just the right amount of heat. I ordered medium hot. First time ordering and I will definitely be ordering again.”

“I wanted to recommend Arby's because when I went to get a few sandwiches yesterday, I came home and my order was not correct because I had all roast beefs and not my chicken Bacon and Cheddar. I called them to let them know about the situation. They told me, I could come in when I had time because I was off to work. Today I went in to Arby's and got the correct Sandwich "Chicken Bacon and Chedder. They really went beyond my expectations because they not only gave me the Sandwich but curly fries and a drink too with no extra Charge. “It was the day before � day , I waited in line a hour and 45 minutes and it wasn't a bad wait at all, I was photobombed by two ladies that I had the pleasure of talking and laughing with the whole time, the line went pretty fast, the staff were pleasant and the officer � well let's just say she was awesome and had a pleasant upbeat vibe, chatted with her as well... kind of makes you wish it was the holidays everyday, people actually speak to you, smile at you and tell you to have a nice day,oh and say Happy Thanksgiving.”

“Went with my husband 2 weeks ago. The food was great and the atmosphere cozy. The food was really good. We had calamari for our app. Came out nice and hot. Very good and not chewy. I had hot honey chicken sandwich and my husband had smash burger. Fries were hot and crispy. Top notch food. No complaints there.

Service was a mix bag. Our server while made sure our drinks were always filled, seemed to have other people bringing our apps and dinner. Another server even took our dirty plates and asked if we needed anything else. Then our actual disappeared when we had finished eating. It took a fair bit of time for us to get our bill. I don't know of things were going on behind the scenes but it was a little annoying.”
