The food is meh. But the people are surprisingly professional and competent. Most of the time, service is prompt and consistent. However, last night, we waited 1 hr 40 minutes for our dinner. Still, I think the manager--who also happened to be the only driver on a Sunday--handled it pretty well. I'd ordered online, and the estimated time for receiving the order had said 27 minutes. Waaay off. But this one bad experience was an anomaly.
