Everytime I've ordered from this Domino's, the order is either late by a half hour or more, or it never arrives in the first place. The management needs to change because people are ordering their food from work and their incompetence is making it so people can't even enjoy their dinner break.

This has been one of the saddest pizzas i have ever laid my eyes on. First of all, the crust is as small as the cardboard box!! Makes me feel like i paid for a brooklyn, anyways, paying for a brooklyn wouldve been better then paying more then 40 bucks for this dookied on piece of bread. There isnt any sauce at all, and the speck of sauce they add off politeness, is in a liquid form, not even mixed at all. Interesting shape for the honolulu, completely square, like you didnt even out the dough and just rolled it out. sad price, sad pizza, sad me, if i could give 0 stars i absolutely would, how is this even a possibility for pizza. You have to try to make pizza this bad. Worst option in town. Would rather drive 30 minutes to streetsboro. Atleast they gave me this subjective pizza

Something has gone wrong with this place. It used to be decent and serve with consistency. But now it is just bad tasting for multiple reason. Cheese pizza has one 2 ingredients and they can’t even get that right..(see pictures). It’s amazing level of incompetence to put together a simple pizza order.Not like you have to be a chef of some kind to make a pizza.You can see in the pictures that there is no cheese on double cheese pizza. Also see the second pic where you can find the missing cheese..so basically they messed up the boxing or something and then decided not to make an effort to do it right

I've been in this place twice this year and each time it's Been a horrible experience. Lazy and unprofessional workers. They either telling you food will be ready in a certain time and never made it or have your food ready never bringing it to you as they go do other things for 5-10 minutes, with no customers waiting but you. I'm threw with location, they need new ownership immediately ??????

Why I don't care for most local corporate chains. They reinvent themselves for improvement, don't pay or keep the staff they had in that process and all goes down hill. So just like the most recent reviews here. Last month I wanted to order online from work cause I don't have time to waste waiting. Online systems having issues, wouldn't process. So I chose a different place for lunch. Ordered a chicken parm sandwich and got 3 little chicken cubes from a salad melted in cheese with slathered sauce. Quality control and management is needed here!

Ok, so I try not to write negative reviews but after today I have to say something. I consistently order from this Domino's and the one near my apartment. I stopped going to this one for a while because they were consistently out of stock of the drinks I ordered and paid for, constantly having issues with no drivers, both situations causing me to have my order refunded and re charged so that I don't pay extra for things I didn't get. There are a few employees who would get condescending and snarky every time I brought up an issue. Today I ordered from here because the other place I wanted to go to was closed. I placed an order online and waited in the parking lot for a half an hour. The tracker showed no progress so I went in. The entire store was empty. No one came to the register to see what was going on, the door was unlocked, orders were coming in and there was absolutely no one in there, despite me calling out. I still have not been able to reach anyone to be refunded for the order I never received today.

Best dominos and best pizza around. Super fast delivery times, twice as fast and twice as reliable If compared to any other option. Clean and great customer service. Best quick option around solon. Better quality than any other pizza place, I always order here

Although the staff is generally friendly this location has been downhill for quite some time. The change in quality "coincidentally" occurred when the location came under new ownership / managment.The most basic of details are routinely ignored. Toppings are missing, pizzas are routinely cold, not properly cut and requests such as extra sauce or well done bake just don't happen. My last order included lava cakes without icing cup or powdered sugar dusting. I did my best to give the store some time to adjust to new ownership / management but I'm willing to go elsewhere at this point just to avoid the Solon Domino's location.
