Early this morning I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. I get home and I only have the egg on the bread I called and spoke with the manager named ben he was so not helpful. He hung up on me twice . So I called corporate and reported what happened. They will soon be in touch . Refund requested.Poor customer service .

Everytime I order online my order is never ready when I get to the store. And it’s just a drink which is crazy. The app will say my order is ready but when I get there it’s not. Sometimes the Employee doesn’t even know what Order I’m talking about and they have to make it when I get there. But I find that odd when the app is saying that the order is ready. I use to work here and that’s not how it’s suppose to be done. If the order isnt ready no one should be pushing the order thru the app saying it is. Unacceptable.

Ordered takeout this morning. Big mistake. The everything bagels were the most stale "things" I've ever tried to eat. I'm not sure how many days (weeks) these were on the shelf or sitting in the back but it had to be awhile. I'm most disappointed by the fact that these had to be approved by management to be put out for sale. I'm wondering if because my order was pickup they just figured they could throw the oldest/stalest items they had in the bag and (thus reducing waste) and not hear back.I must state the staff is extremely friendly and are always welcoming. This in itself will have me give the place another try but I will not be ordering the bagels. I will save those orders for D&R Bagel in Solon who take more pride in the quality of items they serve.

Providing this review as have been coming here since this Panera opened, and want to see the store succeed.Service is slow, coffee and napkin dispensers often empty. Food is good, but long wait getting order. Individual staff attempt to be helpful, but the general disorganization raises concern about staff management and supervision.

This pamera is by far the worst I have ever been to, period. Half the time they are out of stock on many items which makes them extremely unreliable to order ahead from or to even eat from period. With their supply chain issues and their less than stellar service its a miracle that they haven't closed.
Drive thru is open, but no one is there to take your order. I went inside for a Greek parfait & was sold an expired one. Staff isn’t supervised. Horrible experience.

Ordered online and arrived 10 mins after receiving the 'order complete' notification. Still not ready. Waited another 5 mins after asking before being told there was a 'problem with our order.' Turns out their chicken was frozen and they had nothing for us. We could either buy something else, 'redeem' our sandwiches another day, or get a refund. Took another 5 mins for them to actually get us a refund. No apology, cold servers, will not be returning to this location.

Always go out of my way to go to Solon Panera instead of Mayfield. Service is way better, however, last few times the food is not up to par. Autumn Squash soup no longer has seeds on top which makes the soup. Always delicious cookies...well last order chocolate chip cookies were hard as a rock and cranberry oatmeal raisin was stale! Very expensive and very disappointed ?
