Everytime I order online my order is never ready when I get to the store. And it’s just a drink which is crazy. The app will say my order is ready but when I get there it’s not. Sometimes the Employee doesn’t even know what Order I’m talking about and they have to make it when I get there. But I find that odd when the app is saying that the order is ready. Ordered takeout this morning. Big mistake. The everything bagels were the most stale "things" I've ever tried to eat. I'm not sure how many days (weeks) these were on the shelf or sitting in the back but it had to be awhile. I'm most disappointed by the fact that these had to be approved by management to be put out for sale. Providing this review as have been coming here since this Panera opened, and want to see the store succeed.Service is slow, coffee and napkin dispensers often empty. Food is good, but long wait getting order. Individual staff attempt to be helpful, but the general disorganization raises concern about staff management and supervision.
