But I was sitting where I could see the food come up and watched a lady I believed to be a manager eat something with her fingers and then turned a little cup of something up. She THEN reached up and touched someone’s plate with the same hand she was using to eat. ?How unsanitary!!

Used to go to the Mayfield Village one almost daily. I'm very specific about my orders. Service has made me not go any longer. I judge by my coffee cup being full or empty, and my food cooked how I order it. Both have come up short. Can't say because I don't tip well, probably one of the better tippers. The service and not paying attention to my order has made me not go there. Solon service yesterday was terrible! My coffee cup was empty and waiting 2x, food took forever and gave an excuse someone grabbed our order by mistake. Since 2020 and wanting to sell liquor food service has went way down.

Normally I am not real high on Your's Truly, but this time, it was quite good although the server needed to be reminded to many times about essential items like silverware. That being said, he was a really nice guy but my food came cold without silverware and I had to ask at least three times for silver. Had the food been hot, it would have been very good. I love that you get a pot of coffee on the table. In the past most of my problems have been with the kitchen, this time not. I will still go back from time to time. My issues were certainly not deal breakers.

We have ate several times at the location on Rockside in valley view everything great hot food tasty.And also the one on Route 18 in medina same great.But this Solon location has some problems. Food was warm to cool and tasted terrible. The hash browns really bad and very little for the price . Had better and more at other two places.Total of 5 in our party and everyone had something different and all said and felt same of food. Did have a good waitress.

We were a group of 12 on a Saturday evening and were kindly accommodated after a relatively short wait. Our server was super attentive along with the jovial manager who pitched in to help with our big orders. The food was great and the prices were reasonable. We were very well taken care of including assistance with the cake we brought in for the birthday boy. We all declared that we would be happy to return! And I'm sure we will.
This location is a hit or miss, most days are decent days with them but other times the staff has attitudes for no reason, gives out cold burnt dry

I'm really not sure what sll the hype is about. Every time we come here we leave dissappointed?!? We have tried to come for the fish & chips several times to try it . Out of luck everytime. For some reason, its only available on Fridays. So then we came in on a Friday, and of course they arent serving it THAT particular friday?!? Always sn issue with this place! Then we tried another Friday, but they stopped serving F&C at 7:30?! its a very common meal, on a menu that is already very limited to junk. Just make it available for crying out loud! Give ppl some options other than just a dry, overpriced below average frozen burger!!!! By time you add on fries and a drink & tax. Ur closing in on a $20 burger!?! I don't get it. Was not at all impressed for that price and have had much better burgers in the area for cheaper! The Bacon was RAW & DISGUSTING on the bacon cheeseburger! How do you screw up BACON?!? COMPLETE AMATEURS! We ended up dropping over $80 bones for 4 burgers. Not even fresh cut fries!!!! Burgers are probably frozen as well.
