“The corned beef sandwich and potato chips were very soggy. Some of the pickle chips were loose and on top of the chips. The other pickle chips loose had their juice run down the bottom of the sandwich. I was there before noon on 3/17. The pickle chips could have been in a bag or a very small to go cup with a closed lid. This was a waste of money and not very appealing.“

“I come here often because I am always craving it! I love the classic Italian sub off the grill, the fries are yummy, and their lemonade and chocolate chip cookies are amazing. The employees are always friendly and the wait is always less than 10 minutes. Our order is always done correctly, no mistakes.“
“On our little family vacation we stopped at a BE restaurant for the first time and it was pretty pleasant. We wish there was one closer to us b/c we'd love to go back.While the service was very, and I mean very slow (15 minutes just to get our table which was just a round one in the corner of a practically empty restaurant and 20 min just to get our beverages), the server was VERY polite and pleasant. Everyone got something different and everyone was very pleased with their meal. Not one complaint.The mac and cheese was pretty great, meat was flavorful. The biscuit was tasty. My teen got a breakfast platter of some sort and he's still talking about it.The restaurant was very clean and taken care of, bathrooms included!On the way out we bought some souvenirs. The lady at the register was also very nice.“

His recommendations for my drink was spot on to what I wanted and his description of my entree was as well. The ambiance was reminiscent of the club restaurants of long ago. Lovely. “Save up some money for this restaurant, but excellent higher class cooking hell's kitchen would be proud of. Waitress excellent. Management walked around talking with guests. Can't go wrong here, just plan on spending $75 plus for two, but hey! It's quality. Well organized. Sounded like some Hispanics cooking also with hearing the language. Impressive with a minor flaw of water stains in the section I was in. It overlooks Chagrin falls with a nice view out the windows.“
“Jam-packed on a Saturday evening but food, atmosphere, and especially service was on point. Erica took great care of us, her recommendations and suggestions were perfect. Some dishes the group loved were the cheddar biscuits (of course), whipped feta, blackened shrimp capellini, and butternut squash carbonara.“
