“This was our once a month luncheon. I love the decor. It's so bright and welcoming. The food was good. The Grippo Chicken Wings were cooked perfectly. My only concern is when we first arrived, the staff looked at us and didn't say a word. We didn't know if we seated ourselves, or waited to place our orders, or what? After waiting for awhile. A young lady came to the cash register and cashed someone out. She then looked at us. I asked her about the process. She explained and proceeded with taking our orders. Restaurants must understand customer service. A simple hello, "I'll be right with you" would have meant so much. The other concern is; if it is crowded, they only have one ladies toilet. That could be a problem“
“In Cincinnati for work and wanted some fried chicken. Ordered lunch specials of chicken, catfish nuggets and shrimp. All came with fries and a soda. 23 minute drive back to my hotel and food was still piping hot. The fried chicken had an excellent crunch. The catfish nuggets were crispy and well seasoned. Also got a piece of yellow cake with chocolate frosting. They have about 6 cake options.“
“Everything was great. Had a wonderful meal. The waitress was exceptional. Her name is Janae JVegetarian options: Vegetables are very tasty. I especially like the carrots. But lots of options.Parking: Have lots of parking in front, handicap on side & RV parking.“

“This was my first time visiting. I picked up lunch for my daughter and I treated myself as well. It was ?...I got the scrimp and fries. I've never been a fries kind of person but I ate them...next time I'll just get their jumbo scrimp only cause I do love scrimp...thanks for setting me up for a return trip... Scrimp Here I Come??“
“First time visit. So many choices, hard to pick just one. Poblano chicken soup was delicious. Chicken salad on croissant was fantastic as well. I will make it a point to visit again.(Hard to park at Oakley location - try street parking on Marburg)“
“We were heading back to Michigan from Ohio and wanted a good breakfast but ended up getting lunch, it's too hard to decide because everything is so good. The waitress was very good, brought us some extra biscuits and gravy. And of course the gift shop is excellent. Always recommend stopping in.“
“Plaquards on table advertising special $5 deal, but wouldn't honor because it's not on waiters iPad. Later said it was for to go orders. Then why are they on each of the dine-in tables? Even hostess thought it was for dine in because they were on dine-in tables. Just confusing advertising.“
