I came in today with my family of five for dinner and there was a 20-minute wait to be seated so noticing the car lot was empty I took a walk around the dining room and there was one big family eating and the rest of the tables we're empty but what I don't understand is how can you give somebody a 20 minute Wait to just be seated at a table when there's only one table filled? Why in the world would you want to lose customers and service to serve just one group? At dinner time too hopefully this restaurant finds more help because it's a shame I really do like Bob Evans

Carryout order placed for my father. I got the Chicken-N-Noodles Deep Dish Dinner and a chocolate chip cookie. Large portions and the cookie was nice and soft. He enjoyed it all!

I wanted to have lunch while doing some work on my laptop. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Girl taking order wasn't friendly. Believe her name was Olivia. Food wasn't very good, over cooked eggs, pancakes looked like they were stepped on , potatoes were hard and brown,. The whole time we were eating we were fighting a nat flying around. Just not a good experience.

We called about 30 minutes ahead of time with a group of around 12 to assure that seating would be available and ask for a wait time if there would be any. The hostess informed us that it would be about a 20 minute wait, so we planned our arrival time around that and informed them of such. We were informed that they don't take reservations, which is understandable, however we called ahead due to our slightly larger group and having a handful of children with us who have special needs.We arrived to find that the table we had called about had just been given to another party and were told that it would only be a short wait. The short wait was 30 minutes and we had to track down an employee to talk to, who was extremely rude, and were told after the "short" 30 minute wait that it would be even longer.The service was horrendous and the attitude of the workers was inappropriate.If the hostess had told us upon arrival that there wouldn't be any available tables at all instead of insisting on a 'short wait', we would've just gone elsewhere and not had an issue. However, being misinformed several times about wait times after calling ahead due to our group size and needs, the entire experience was terrible.

I was not in the mood for Bob Evans but my coworker suggested we try it again since our last experience with the one across town was terrible. But THIS BOB EVANS!!!! WAS GOODT! The food was hot the waiter was so sweet. Thank you for not letting us lose hope in good food. Definitely will return.
