Food was terrible. Fries were cold. Wings did not feel or taste fresh. I like eating at buffalo wild wings but this is by far the worst one I’ve been at. There was barely anyone sitting down and at the take out stand there were 5 people still waiting, saying no one has came out to even attend them. I ordered online said to be ready to pick up at 6:40-7:00 and I didn’t get them till 40mins after.

Post covid business tactics got to go standing waiting to be seated over 15 minutes in a half empty restaurant. So much money is walking out the doors because of no service not even no one to explain why the wait employees just walk by like you don't exist. Well keep your over priced wings I took my money elsewhere and to the servers you are letting this company take money out of ur pockets by customers walking out the door.

As a former employee of this BW3 location, I am in disbelief at how far downhill the service has gotten. My husband and I both worked together between expo, cashier & greeter & looking back & comparing the service to now, we truly gave it our all… we had regulars who loved & tipped us well, we knew every order by name & I personally felt like the customers were family every Tuesday & Thursday night when I’d run the cashier stand. The last few times we’ve picked up food or dined in, we have been highly disappointed at the customer service, or lack there of, that is taking place. No one is ever at the greeter stand - 8 years ago when I worked here, I never left the greeter stand when that was my assigned role for the evening! Every customer got helped, sat, & drink order was made within 3 minutes of walking through the door. The individuals that are working the cashier stand are absolutely no help. Walking around on their phones, barely looking up to ask for your order name, and when you give the order name, they walk away with no response. If I wanted to speak to a brick wall, id recommend placing my food on a rack outside of the greeter stand so I can grab my own food. The food is always cold, never fresh. The staff looks like zombies & their attitudes show that they don’t care about the establishment. Short staffed or not, this is unacceptable & this would’ve never been acceptable 8 years ago when I was employed, happily employed might I add, by this specific restaurant. Do better.

Food was decent..service subpar...I often wonder why I'm tipping 15% on a take out order, wait 20 extra minutes and be told to "check my order" I won't next time..they obviously don't care..thanks, lesson learned ?

Since the sold the company and changed the menu the quality of the food has been bad! The restaurant is never clean and the staff is less than helpful when something is wrong. My daughter ordered naked tenders and they were cold. It took 45 minutes to remake them and when I told the manager she said " it takes time to cook them because the come in frozen". I used to love BW3, but now it is just another restaurant that used to be good.We went again today and the food was meh at its best. The staff was horrible.
Haven’t been here for a while and it hasn’t changed. Food is always cold. I guess I’ll wait another 5 months to come

Ordered DoorDash. Only a 10 minute delivery. Food was all cold. Missing all ranch, large queso, side of wing sauce for a set of plain tenders. Called for a refund and did not even apologize or offer anything.
