Since the sold the company and changed the menu the quality of the food has been bad! The restaurant is never clean and the staff is less than helpful when something is wrong. My daughter ordered naked tenders and they were cold. It took 45 minutes to remake them and when I told the manager she said " it takes time to cook them because the come in frozen". The wings were overcooked and had a funny flavor. I have eaten at other bws this was awful! My server was wonderful but girl seating us was rude and asked us to wait after my mother using a walker asked can I just sit there. We had already stood there for several minutes before she showed up. I can honestly say I would never go there again!Wheelchair accessibility: There was no ramp onto sidewalk on my mom's side of car she had to walk all the way around the car.

Food was decent..service subpar...I often wonder why I'm tipping 15% on a take out order, wait 20 extra minutes and be told to "check my order" I won't next time..they obviously don't care..thanks, lesson learned ?
