“I picked up two meals here last Saturday. They were very tasty and were delivered to my car at the exact moment I had requested. I had received a coupon for a free dessert and called in for tiramasu and it was there as well. The deliverer was great and courteous despite the bone numbing cold weather. I will do this again for sure.“

While 9/10 times everything is great, the last time one of our burgers was caked in spicy seasoning (never experienced that before) and was supposed to be medium in temperature and was well well done and barely any blue cheese dressing on it. The staff was gracious as I asked for some on the side. I wasn't able to enjoy it due to over cooking and the spices. We will try again soon.“
“Salato Deli is a gem of Springfield! I was visiting from out of state and needed a quick bite for lunch. Walking in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The menu was full of unique combos with fresh ingredients. The bakery was very impressive too!The lady who took my order was incredibly helpful and friendly. When I went back to fill my fountain drink, it was awesome to see the kitchen assembling my order. My sandwich was finished within minutes of paying and I couldn't be happier.To top it all off, I realized I made a mistake with my order and the staff were more than willing to help me. It was a perfect experience!“
“I like making pasta dishes, so we don't go here often, I mean like once every 4 years, but now I think we should be going here more often. I got the loaded baked spaghetti, Richelle got the baked spaghetti. We did drive through, not bad on the time, since I think do have to bake the dish. Drive through staff friendly, service with a smile. Loaded baked spaghetti has sausage and meatballs, it's not home made, but it good enough. Plenty of sauce, and portion is well sized too. We got some bread sticks that were minis, they were a little crisper, which I liked. We got 5 boneless wings, garlic parmesan sauce. I liked the sauce it has a spicy kick, Richelle said to much garlic.“
