McDonald’s on Upper Valley Pike in Springfield, Ohio manager name Theresa with an “H” … service and food was poor and her attitude was poor as well. They ran out of receipt paper, I asked for fresh food but the chicken was dry and distasteful. I asked her name and she stated Theresa with an H. Ordered on the digital menu since nobody was at the counter. it didn't print receipt to prove my order either. Got food and part of my order was missing drinks and dipping sauce. I told the cashier what I ordered and he said there was no record of it but he believed me *eyeroll*. He made my coffee but it wasn't like in the picture or what I asked for twice!
