I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews but after being disappointed time and time again I hope it can be beneficial. This location is truly awful. The employees are incredibly rude (except a dark haired young man usually at the window, he is very kind!) They make it seem like they don’t have any time to answer any sort of questions, only trying to get the customer out. Not sure what happened to this place. Coffee is always good but the last few times we've gotten food, it's been old and terrible. Used to always be consistently great but not any longer.

This is by far the worst Tim’s location in Springfield as a general manager myself I would’ve fired the entire crew and actually got some staff that doesn’t suffer from low IQ half the time the employees are outside smoking cigarettes or weed they always have terrible attitudes about everything just over a garbage location should’ve closed down during covid.
