This is by far the worst Tim’s location in Springfield as a general manager myself I would’ve fired the entire crew and actually got some staff that doesn’t suffer from low IQ half the time the employees are outside smoking cigarettes or weed they always have terrible attitudes about everything just over a garbage location should’ve closed down during covid.

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews but after being disappointed time and time again I hope it can be beneficial. This location is truly awful. The employees are incredibly rude (except a dark haired young man usually at the window, he is very kind!) They make it seem like they don’t have any time to answer any sort of questions, only trying to get the customer out. In the past I’ve had an issue with mobile ordering 30 minutes before picking up because I knew it would take awhile, and still having to wait. Every single time, even when it was slow business. As well as every time I order an iced coffee it is usually never made correctly at all. I always wait to make sure my extras creams and sugars are rang up on the screen, but more times then others I don’t believe they read it when making it. This morning for example, I received two sausage breakfast sandwiches that were so cold the cheese wasn’t melted one bit as well as a Brown Butter cold brew with cold foam, that I ordered with 3 creams and 3 sugars with cold foam that when I got it had absolutely no cream or sugar, and for some reason they put whipped cream on top of it? I threw all of it away and wasted a fair amount of money for the last time. I always give this location a chance because of it’s convenience for me but I’m tired of paying too much money to not even get what I’ve ordered. I hope they employees can work on take their time to make sure the orders are correct, the food is warm and and they’re kind at the window and counter because I’m sure most of us don’t mind waiting a little longer to get our moneys worth.

This location sucks. They never get my coffee order right, even though I'm always very specific. They take forever to get the order, even though I never get more than an iced coffee and a donut. They just gave me a stale donut, and not even the right one!

This is my first time at a Tim Hortons. Absolutely horrendous, unfriendly, rude service I've ever experienced! I had a mobile order and when I got there they said they had nothing available and would not issue a refund or offer me any alternatives. I asked to speak to someone else and after inquiring on what could be done for me since I couldn't get a refund and they weren't going to give me a replacement, she said she would make up another sandwich. Then for the latte, she was able to make me one after they cleaned the machine. When it was done, she threw it on the counter and said "Here you go!" Unacceptable. Then, the peppermint latte came and was just coffee with peppermint syrup. Nothing like it should be! I will not be back again. On top of all of this, my dad, who is a veteran, came in for your free coffee and they would not honor him! All of this is absolutely unacceptable.

This location is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to DoorDash. I’ve had orders for the last three weeks in a row delivered with half my items and this last one was not even my order. I ordered multiple items including a drink and they brought me Timbits and nothing else. I am done with this awful branch. DO NOT order through DoorDash (actually their mobile app) because this branch will not get it right. My dasher even said that TH is one of the worst to companies to dash for. Tried calling the branch and nobody answered and no voicemail set up. Please stop wasting your money hereOne year later and I'm still amazed they are still open.. I gave them another chance and to my great surprise, still worthless.. I ordered two donuts, they sent one and look at its condition....
