Wendy's on main Street Springfield Ohio puts McDonald's to shame, it's filled with nice clean respectful stuff even the restroom was clean! I refuse to go into public bathrooms but my 6 year old boy needed to go so no choice. But wasn't grossed out by smells or biohazards.Also the managers was training now staff and was polite and interacting with my son who charmed a chocolate frosty out of her! Good job ! Absolutely terrible. I ordered the $5 dollar Biggie Bag bc the 4 for 4 no longer comes with JBC and that was fine but then the girl said I could of got a double stack instead so said that's great I will take that with everything on it. The manager hands me my bag and I get home and I got a just a regular cheeseburger. I paid extra bc I don't like a regular cheeseburgers their to plain, so I called and told the manager Krittany and she says to me I watched her put it in the bag so I said that must of been the right bag she put it in I guess bc the rest of my order was right so she basically called me a liar. I wanted to take my food back up there and get the right stuff and she says oh no we're closed now. I said okay well what do I do keep my receipt and bring it back tomorrow she said no I'll mail you something in the mail. Wth like I really think you guys are going to mail something number one number two I wanted in my food tonight or at least made up tomorrow I would have brought you all the sandwich back and everything I told her that even in the morning cuz I don't believe that you're going to mail anything. And I never heard of that. Its always been if something is wrong you take it back up there and you get it remade the correct way or at the very least then I bring my receipt in and get it corrected at the future time when you're open. I paid almost $8 for a cheeseburger meal and a six piece nugget. I will not be going back to your restaurant no more this is the first time I tried it since you guys have the remodeling done and it was terrible not to mention the line took forever. Your manager is terrible the food was not fresh very very disappointed now I remember why I stopped going to you guys to begin with.
