Best. Pizza. Ever. I'm from the area & have traveled all over & this is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. I grew up on Di Carlo's pizza and graduated with one of its family members. The flavor of the sauce, the way they put cheese on top last, and cut the pizza into squares are all closet to my heart. I will never enjoy another pizza as much as I love Di Carlo's. As kids, we would play miniature golf near there, and go to Di Carlo's for one piece of pizza afterwards. Wow, it's good, try it, you will love it!
Di Carlo's Pizza created what's known as Ohio Valley-style pizza. It is as distinct as New York, Detroit, Chicago and other styles of pizza. It's not for everybody, but I loved it. The crust and sauce are different and they throw on cheese after it comes out of the oven. This location sells pizza by the slice or the tray. The website listed here is wrong BTW.
