Di Carlo's Pizza created what's known as Ohio Valley-style pizza. It is as distinct as New York, Detroit, Chicago and other styles of pizza. It's not for everybody, but I loved it. The crust and sauce are different and they throw on cheese after it comes out of the oven. This location sells pizza by the slice or the tray. The website listed here is wrong BTW.

Being new to the area we sought recommendations for pizza. "Di Carlo's is the best" we were told. If this is the best in town I am sorry for this area.

Best. Pizza. Ever. I'm from the area & have traveled all over & this is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. Pizza is one of those things that divides us, we all have our own extremely personal reasons why we like what we like so arguing about whose is better is silly. If you're about a nice crispy crust & not a bunch of fussin' over other stuff you're going to love it. Their crust is like something out of the most wonderful dream that you never want to wake from. Their sauce is delicious, fresh & flavorful. The cheese goes on cold & a lot of people are turned off by this. I leave it in the hot box a few secs & dive in. You can get additional toppings but I never get more than extra cheese. The simplicity is what makes it so special. Growing up cruising around & buying a few slices on a Friday night was the yummiest treat ever. Ok, so maybe I'm showing my age, nostalgia & sentimentality but this 'za deserves accolades all the same. I drove home recently & the first stop we made was to this specific location to buy a dozen slices. This stuff is great cold, I'd eat it off my shoe, seriously. They don't take credit cards, they have no ac, the place is hot as anything in the summer & I'd still punch 40 kids in the face just to have the ability to have a DiCarlo's near me now. Make that 400 kids. 4000.

I grew up on Di Carlo's pizza and graduated with one of its family members. The flavor of the sauce, the way they put cheese on top last, and cut the pizza into squares are all closet to my heart. I will never enjoy another pizza as much as I love Di Carlo's. As kids, we would play miniature golf near there, and go to Di Carlo's for one piece of pizza afterwards. Wow, it's good, try it, you will love it!

Picture yourself back in time 10 years....we don't take credit card they said. In fact I'm not sure if they knew what a check card was. They have weird sizes too. No small med or large.? We got a sheet he says...is this a bakery or a pizza shop.? We hopped in a Delorean to 2014 and went to Pizza Butt.

Excellent service, Excellent pizza at great prices! Its a MUST HAVE! I have eaten Di Carlo's since I was little. When I was on a softball team and won our games, we would go to Di Carlo's Pizza in Weirton, WV. The shop here in town delivers, too! Love the pizza. Couldn't tell u about any of their other products... haven't tried them.

I don't understand the "best" rating. I have eaten DiCarlo's 100 times (always when going with friends) and the sprinkled on cold cheese and scant pepperoni is not that good. The square crust is tasty, and they are cheap but that's it. I think it is a case of public brain washing that "local" + different (cold, scant ingredients)= best pizza. Weird.

This is the best pizza in Steubinville. To be honest with all the pizza snobs in Pittsburgh, Dicarlo's is Beto's with the cheese melted. Great flavor, excellent crust, DeCarlo's is worth the drive to the Burb of the Burgh! Who came up with that $#|+?
