Ordered a steak McGriddle asked for NO EGG obviously got egg on it… pulled it off but generally that takes all the cheese with it. I asked for extra grilled onions and got raw onions instead which this sandwich comes with the grilled ones normally. Not happy I spent $6 on this. Not the first time either ?And no they were not busy I was the only one at the drive thru

One of the bad McDonalds in the area when it comes to service. Might need a complete overhaul for things to get better. That starts at the top with management. If they even cared they would address the concerns that others have addressed. Likely need a new district manager too. You’re only as good as the leaders are. That’s who entry level employees learn from and if you have poor managers, you will have poor workers (no fault of their own since they don’t know better).

Came through at 4:45PM today, ordered four items-no problem. II requested a receipt at the first window, the person told me they would have one upfront. I get up front to request one, -they were out of paper. I wanted the receipt for my business. Then I heard some loser associate in the background make an offensive noise as if me requesting proof of funds was a problem. If you don’t like your job, don’t be the loser working at McDonald’s.

Only writing this due to the employee at the window . If a mistake is made by employee error and the customer respectfully questions this Please Don’t Take it Personally ! If you were expecting an item and paid for it already it shouldn’t be a debate . Just correct the issue . It’s simple . Having a passive aggressive attitude over fries and some nuggets is a waste of time . Do your job .

It sure was great to get home with 20 Mcnuggets and find I had none of the sauce packets I ordered, when though they were displayed on the screen. And then I couldn't file a proper complaint because they also didn't bother giving me a receipt and the store number is required, and is also, apparently, top secret information.

I wish they would fix their receipt machines. They've been broken for a while!! Also, our Big Macs had hardly any toppings on the. Very sparse. Very disappointed!!

Like most McDs the past couple of years, nothing is fast, food is missed or mismade and staff has little ability to do anything about it. Not worth the effort to hit them up if you have other options.
