Very rude worker gave me a snarky comment when asking what the name of the order was because i thought it was mine. it turned out to be mine. but VERY rude attitude.
Worst experience ever. Natalie was the rudest employee I’ve ever met at any Panera in my life. 2/29 around 2pm she ruined my boyfriend and I’d lunch experience by being extremely rude when we politely asked for bread with our pick 2 combo instead of chips. Natalie working on Kent rd needs to find a new job, instead of infecting loyal paying customers with her nasty attitude.

Dirtiest Panera I have been to. Dirty!!! Every table and every bathroom stall was gross and uncleaned. The girl who took our order didnt pay attention to half sandwhich instead of a whole. $37 for 2people to eat soup and a sandwhich! Highway robbery.

No wait time, the selection of pastries has gone down quite a bit. The booths need to be updated. When I sat in the booth, it sank so low the table was at the high point of my chest. The table would've been the better option.
