The management and staff are great. You can only get one type of bagel, BURNT. This place needs a new bagel toaster. OK. Not every bagel gets burnt. Some are under toasted and some over toasted. Some get suck in the toaster and burn. Everyone knows this place needs a new toaster but HQ won't get one.
Not sure why, but food was not up to normal, AWESOME Panera quality. Not just mine, but the other ppl I was with too? I'm assuming it was just a bad day, as the service was fantastic, and though I haven't been to this particular Panera, I always love the food!

No wait time, the selection of pastries has gone down quite a bit. The booths need to be updated. When I sat in the booth, it sank so low the table was at the high point of my chest. The table would've been the better option.
