We are long time and loyal customers. However, many of our last experiences (both dining in and take-out) have been less than satisfactory. What is unfortunate is that I have brought this to the attention of staff, supervisors and management on several occasions (as issues occurred). My wife, son (12), daughter (9), daughter's friend (?) and I had dinner on a Friday night (645pm).It looked pretty busy, but we were seated immediately by a wonderful hostess (Makenna).The girls got wings, which they really enjoyed. Crispy and flavorful.The rest of us got the overstuffed sandwiches with an egg. The sandwiches were great, although mine had less meat than the others.
